David W. Rubin

Mr. Rubin has had extensive trial experience in State and Federal Court in complex commercial, real estate, and corporate litigation for more than 25 years. He began his career associated with the Manhattan law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and later practiced with the Connecticut law firm of Schatz & Schatz, Ribicoff & Kotkin before he started his own law firm in 1996. Mr. Rubin graduated cum laude from the State University of New York, at Albany in 1988 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1991. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut (1991); the U.S District Court District of Connecticut (1992); The United States Court of Appeal 2nd Circuit (1994); State of New York (1996); U.S. District Court Southern District of New York (1996); and U.S. District Court Eastern District (1996).


Mr. Soltes is an associate with the Firm where he focuses his practice primarily in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation. Mr. Soltes graduated from The University of Hartford in 1998 and from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan, cum laude, where he was the Articles Editor of the Law Review in 2002. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Soltes was an associate with the law firm of Maslan Brown & Associates in Darien, Connecticut where he practiced general litigation and administrative law. Mr. Soltes is admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut (2002); State of New York (2002), and the U.S. District Court District of Connecticut (2006).
